Been a while since i last blogged, i've been quite busy with work and the twins and basically keeping it all together! have to say this week is going to be interesting hubby is on guard and working nights so doing 7pm til 7am so i've got to try and keep the twins either out the house or as quiet as possible all day and then do the bedtime routine solo! friday and saturday weren't t bad as we went to stay at my mum's but sunday was a nightmare we got home at 4pm and the girls couldn't be quiet so poor hubby ended up getting up early. today was better as we stayed out pretty much all day they've been to the park, jo jingles, the shops and i made them walk so that they would be tired and make bedtime easier ... maybe that makes me a bad mummy but when you have two to bath it can be interesting!
the twins have been developing so much, they have finally grown and are now slowly moving out of 9-12 month clothes and into bigger ones. they have so many words i've lost count and couting as become a big thing we have to count the stairs, their fingers and anything else they feel like! they are such mother hens and have to feed and wash their dollies and zingzillas who are currently their favourite toy. i'm starting to think about their birthday but not sure what to do or what to get them as they have everything thanks to my family who spoil them rotten.
the twins are becoming big flirts theirs one boy at nursery who when they get their runs over and gives them big kisses and cuddles and now they have a thing with the neighbours little boy who was passing them flowers over the fence this afternoon!
now for the fun stuff ... lizzy has been running around today with minnie mouse ears on a bib on backwards so it looks like a cape and wellie boots on ... she looked like a demented superhero and wouldn't take it off until bedtime. izzy on the otherhand made me laugh yesterday when the rude checkout assistant ignored her she shouted oi and then stuck her tounge out!!!! i did tell her off but kind of felt like the woman deserved it as she was soo rude slamming my shopping down the checkout!
it looks like hubby may have to move base soon, we are just waiting to hear if he is getting a posting, it also looks like he maybe going to cyprus for a month to support aircraft which may use in libya. not sure how the twins will cope with that they have a meltdown when he goes to work and we have to watch all the planes as they think daddy is on them.
